Winter in Lepena

When snow covers the Trenta Valley it is time for winter outdoor activities or relaxation and body strengthening in the fitness room, sauna and whirlpool at Pristava Lepena.

The high-altitude Kanin ski center offers magnificent views, reaching sometimes the Adriatic coast. You will also be thrilled by night sledging down torch-lighted mountain trails and cross-country skiing through silent meadows.

Other sports activities in the region are hiking and snow-shoeing along the Soča Valley, skating, dog sledging, touring skiing, ice climbing, paragliding.
